As Video Marketing Manager for Lucas Group, I captured the unique stories of our associates. This collection of videos served as an internal hiring tool that shares the company culture. A cornerstone of the video marketing strategy that I developed was increasing brand awareness by highlighting the unique stories and personalities of the company as well as assisting with internal hiring.
For each project I was responsible for everything from conception to completion. I created the scripts, scouted the locations, filmed, editing, added motion graphics and sourced audio.
